Bill Nesnidal joined the Chicago I FUND staff in August 2014. Bill attended high school at Benet Academy and is a native of Downers Grove, Ill. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Illinois in 2008, where he was a double major earning a Bachelor of Science in integrative biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. In addition, Bill worked as an intern with the Big Ten Network during his undergraduate years. Bill earned his Juris Doctor from the Marquette University School of Law in 2011 where he also received the National Sports Law Institute's Sports Law Certificate. During that time, Bill worked in the athletic departments at both Marquette University and the University of Wisconsin. Bill also was a legal intern in the Milwaukee Foreclosure Mediation Program.
Bill comes to the University of Illinois from the NCAA where he served as the Assistant Director of Enforcement, Football Group. While with the NCAA, Bill's responsibilities included developing and maintaining relationships with constituents in the football recruiting environment, including college coaches, high school coaches, prospective student-athletes, and agents. Bill brings a great skill set to this position as well as a tremendous passion and love of Fighting Illini Athletics.
