Colonnades Club Members receive their parking in Lot 34. Number of spaces is determined by number of seats. Members with 1-4 seats receive one parking pass, members with 5-8 seats receive two parking passes, members with 9-12 seats receive three parking passes, and so on. Lot 34 is a cars-only lot.
The 77 Club experience is all-inclusive food and beverage, including a full-service open bar. Featuring magnificent mid-field views of the action from a climate-controlled setting, the 77 Club offers something for everyone. The Suite dining experience is all-inclusive food and beverage with suite owners able to select their menu package each week.
Each suite in Memorial Stadium is given four parking passes. One parking pass is located in Lot 37. This spot is assigned, and it is indicated by a Suite Owner sign. The other three passes are located in Lot 34. Both these lots are cars-only lots.
All suites and club areas open 2 hours prior to kickoff and will close one (1) hour after the conclusion of the game. An arrival time of at least one hour prior to kickoff is suggested to allow for security bag checks and to avoid any possible delays due to congestion.
Suite holders and 77 Club ticket holders are entitled to access the 300 level, 600 level (including the 77 Club) and the 700 level. Colonnades Club members are entitled to access the 300 level (the Colonnades Club). Upon entering Gate 16 or 18, all guests will have their tickets scanned. If a guest wishes to exit the premium areas and re-enter, they must have their ticket scanned again upon exit and upon re-entry in the Gate 16 and Gate 18 lobby. This policy will be strictly enforced.
All suites will be locked during the week. If you need to bring something to your suite or retrieve something, please contact your Fighting Illini Account Manager at (217) 244-7722. Club seat members are not able to access club spaces during game week.
The University of Illinois Division of Intercollegiate Athletics enforces a clear bag policy for entrance into Gies Memorial Stadium.
Each ticketed guest can carry one (1) large clear bag – either a one-gallon Ziploc-style bag, clear drawstring bag not to exceed 12” x 12” or clear bag tote no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ – plus a small clutch purse (4.5″ x 7.0″). The small clutch allows privacy for small personal items and also is easily searched. Fans are encouraged to bring only necessary items into Gies Memorial Stadium and all bags are subject to search and inspection.
Additional items not permitted inside Gies Memorial Stadium include flags/banners, noisemakers, weapons, non-clear bags, coolers or containers, laptops, video recorders, selfie sticks, umbrellas and strollers.
It is an NCAA violation for anyone to entertain prospective student-athletes and/or their family members in the premium seating area. A prospective student-athlete is defined as any student entering the ninth through the twelfth grades. This is not to say that you cannot entertain family friends who have children of this age, but a pre-established relationship (long-established and has its foundations outside of athletics) must exist. Also prohibited is the entertainment of current student-athletes and/ or their families. This is considered an extra benefit and will jeopardize their eligibility. Suite lessees are responsible for replacing any items in the suite that are damaged intentionally or as a result of an accident. They will be billed for any damages that occur to any of the fixtures and/or equipment that are not incurred through normal wear and tear.
Emergency medical personnel will be located throughout the premium seating areas. Customer service team members and Illini Emergency Medical Services (IEMS) staff will assist in the event of an emergency.
Entry for premium guests is through the Grange Grove entrance and then through Gates 16 and 18 on the west side of the stadium. All Colonnades Club ticket holders must enter the through Gate 18. Upon entering the lobby, your tickets will be checked to ensure that you have an Illinois Premium Seating at Gies Memorial Stadium ticket. The Illinois Premium Seating Customer Service Team will assist you in determining which elevator you will use to take you directly to your suite or club space. You will be checked again upon exiting the elevator and the ushering staff will assist you in finding your suite or club seat (if needed). You also may enter and exit your suite or club level via the stairwells located to the north and south of the main lobby. Team members will staff these stairwells and will help guide you to the correct area.

Each suite is equipped with an individual thermostat for heating and cooling purposes. The controls for these devices are located within the suite. All club spaces are climate-controlled.
Infants and toddlers 2 years old and younger are NOT required to purchase a ticket to enter the stadium. All other guests are required to have a seat ticket or suite standing-room-only ticket. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket booths located on Kirby Avenue or at Will Call located at the Illinois Ticket Office on the West side of State Farm Center.
The keys to the main suite doors will remain with the premium seating staff. Each suite also will have a locking cabinet that suite holders will have access to on gameday.
Game Day Spirit will have a merchandise stand inside the Colonnades Club area. A customer service team member can assist you with the location.
All premium seating lessees receive priority parking.
Game programs are provided in suites, 77 Club, and the Colonnades Club.
Network television programming is available in all club areas and suites. Customer Service Team supervisors are able to assist with changing channels. Also, a complete list of television channels is provided in each suite.
When appropriate, gameday radio, PA, or music will be played on the house audio system in the club spaces. Each suite is outfitted with a house radio control board capable of tuning to a small assortment of selected channels.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, Gies Memorial Stadium is a non-smoking facility.
We encourage you to notify Bobbi Busboom if you have any special requests at (217) 244-7722. We will do our absolute best to accommodate these requests.
Each suite will receive 18 tickets per game. It is the suite holder’s responsibility to assign and deliver these tickets to his/her guests for each game. Up to 5 standing room only tickets may be purchased for each suite per game. All suites will be monitored on game day to ensure the safety of all guests in the suite area. Thank you for your cooperation and attention to this matter.
77 Club and Colonnades Club tickets will be delivered in August of each year.
After the conclusion of an Event, Premium Seat Holders may elect to take a reasonable portion of the remaining food from the Premium Area and/or the Suite for personal consumption at a later time; provided, Premium Seat Holders understand that delayed consumption of food carries with it inherent risks that include, but are not limited to, illnesses and health hazards resulting from improper transport, handling, preparation, and storage. The University and Caterer may not be held liable with regard to any and all harms related to food removed from an Event. Alcohol must be consumed inside Gies Memorial Stadium and must be disposed of when exiting.
Accommodations in each suite or in a club space regarding wheelchair seating should be arranged in advance of each game by contacting your Fighting Illini Account Manager at (217) 244-7722.
The Will Call location for premium seat ticket holders is located at the Illinois Ticket Office on the West side of State Farm Center. Will Call opens at 9 a.m. for morning or early afternoon games and 3 hours prior to kickoff for evening or night games. In order to obtain tickets at Will Call, a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order must be presented at the time of pickup.
A wall switch inside the suite controls the window overlooking the stadium. The suite captain will be happy to assist suite holders with the operation of their window. Windows in the 77 Club will be operated by the 600 Level Customer Service Team Supervisor, and at his/her discretion.
